• Concept and requirements development, including decomposition and flow-down
• Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and design
• Algorithm optimization, research and development; trade studies to bring new, advanced features to fielded system
• Functional analysis of real world and test data
• Multi-disciplinary development efforts across the kill-chain for an Air and Missile Defense System
• Collaboration with customer to bring new capabilities to the warfighterQualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field. In absence of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience is required. In absence of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience is required.
    • Ability to obtain security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Value:
      • Advanced degree in Aerospace, EE, Physics, Applied Math
      • Knowledge of radar systems (for example - Patriot System)
      • Experience with both broad, large-scale data analysis and focused root-cause analysis
      • Experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
      • Experience with design of system level architecture
      • Experience with signal processing techniques, system control
      • Knowledge of Electronic Warfare/Electronic Attack/Electronic Protection Techniques
      • Experience in requirements development
      • Proven ability to develop technical solutions to complex issues
      • Familiarity with MATLAB, DOORS, and MS Office

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
