This means ensuring that the relevant certification requirements are met in line with the Client Matrix. You will communicate with the professionals to organise and book the necessary training, updating relevant systems and informing the client of progress. On a day-to-day basis you will be liaising with the Clients and the Crew Manager with regards to STCW and industry courses to be booked, crew changes to be scheduled and coordinating all marine related aspects of the offshore personnel.We are looking for someone that thrives on working closely with offshore professionals, has a keen eye for detail and enjoys coordinating and organising training, travel and logistics.What do we offer?You'll work in an international dynamic environment, where no two days are the same.We give you plenty of space to develop yourself and your career. • 20 vacation daysJob requirementsAs a training and crew coordinator you will be the point of contact for all marine training requirements. In addition to this you will be required to have the following experience and skill sets:
  • Previous experience working in a training or maritime capacity
  • Previous experience using comprehensive training matrices
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Able to analyse and use large data sets
  • Experience organising, coordinating diaries and booking various training courses
  • Able to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Enjoy communicating with professionals, training providers, clients and other external stakeholders
